Re: Chief of the Council for Democratic Reform to serve as the National Assembly, House of People’s Representatives, or Senate
For the purposes of the continuity of the public administration of the State during the absence of the House People’s Representatives and the Senate, the Council for Democratic Reform hereby announces as follows:
In the event that a law requires the carrying out of any matter to be approved by the National Assembly, House of People’s Representatives, or Senate, it shall be the power of the Chief of the Council for Democratic Reform to give approval thereto instead of the National Assembly, House of People’s Representatives, or Senate.
