September 2549 Buddhist Era shall be deemed to have been duly recruited and established in accordance with the Organic Act on Election Commission, 2541 BE, its term of office shall begin from the day of its establishment by the said Announcement, and it shall have the powers and duties as provided in the Organic Act on Election Commission, 2541 BE and other laws which provide for powers and duties of the Election Commission.
