Re: Participation of nisit and naksueksa[1] in politics


Whereas the Council for Democratic Reform, finding that nisit, naksueksa, and intellects are clean power, recognises their importance to the Nation and deems it appropriate to permit nisit and naksueksa to participate in politics in line with the democratic system [of government] in which a Monarch is the Head [of State], especially to participate in making the soon-coming election of Members of the House of People’s Representatives clean, fair, and free of vote buying or the exercise of any influence; any nisit or naksueksa who have ideas for development of the politics under the democratic system [of government] in which a Monarch is the Head [of State] to make it more and more prosper are hereby requested to send the ideas to the Secretariat of the Royal Thai Army, Thanon Ratchadamnoen Nok, Khet Phra Nakhon, Krung Thep Maha Nakhon, 10200.
