Re: Prohibition of hoarding of goods


Whereas, in seizing the administrative power on this occasion, the Council for Democratic Reforms chiefly desires to bring order and prosperity to the Country and enable the people to enjoy fairness in buying and selling of goods, [the Council] hereby prohibits everyone from hoarding goods of every kind or increasing their prices. Whoever contravenes this shall be considered to commit an offence, for which the punishment shall be imprisonment of not over two years, or a fine of not over four hundred thousand baht, or both the imprisonment and the fine.
