Dissolving the House of People's Representatives,

Being the 41st year of the present reign
Phra Bat Somdet Phra Paramin Maha Bhumibol Adulyadej gives a great royal command by which He orders with His pleasure that it be announced as follows:
Whereas the Prime Minister has humbly made the following submission to Him: Following the enactment and coming into force of the Emergency Decree Amending the 'Land Traffic Act, 2522 BE', 2529 BE, and the resolution passed by the House of People's Representatives at its meeting on the 1st day of May 2529 BE to disapprove the said emergency decree, which caused the emergency decree to lapse, it is found, in analysing the reasons for the disapproval of the said emergency decree, that the House of People's Representatives failed to take account of the grounds for the enactment of the emergency decree, as a result of political discord amongst some political parties.
