(1)the giving of approval to the succession to the throne, according to the provisions of section 12;

(2)the rediscussion of a bill, according to the provisions of section 30;

(3)the ceremony of opening a session of the National Assembly, according to the provisions of section 54;

(4)the passage of a resolution of confidence upon a Cabinet, according to the provisions of section 77;

(5)the giving of consent to the announcement of war, according to the provisions of section 83;

(6)the giving of approval to a written agreement, according to the provisions of section 84;

(7)the interpretation of the Constitution, according to the provisions of section 94.

Section71.The President of the Senate shall be the president of the joint meetings of the National Assembly, and the President of the House of Representatives, vice president.

Section72.At joint meetings of the National Assembly, the rules of the Senate on the conduct of meetings and discussions shall apply mutatis mutandis.
