Section90.No new court can be established for specifically trying and adjudicating upon any case or charge instead of a normal court brought into existence by the law for the trial and adjudication thereof.

Section91.Judges are independent in trying and adjudicating upon cases in accordance with the law.

Section92.Appointment, promotion of positions, promotion of monthly salaries, transfer, and removal of judges require the approval of the Monarch and of the Judicial Commission under the law on regulation of judicial public officials.


Section93.This Constitution can only be amended with the approval of the National Assembly.
