CHAPTER LXX.

AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER TEN OF THE PRIVATE LAWS OF 1862.

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Dakota:

Section 1. That chapter ten, of the private laws, of 1862, entitled "An act granting to George C. Granger, and his heirs, a charter to keep a ferry across the Missouri river, approved, April 21st, 1862,” be and the same is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

Approved, January 9th, 1864.

CHAPTER LXXI.

AN ACT TO REPEAL CHAPTER TWELVE, OF THE PRIVATE LAWS.

Be it enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Dakota:

Section 1. That chapter twelve of the private laws, of 1862, entitled “An act granting to C. M. Cooper and R. M. Jobnson, and their heirs, a charter to a ferry across the Missouri,” approved, April 30th, 1862, be, and the same is hereby repealed.

Sec. 2. This act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
