3. Falsely to move or maintain any suit, action or proceeding; or,
4. To cheat and defraud any person of any property by any means which are in themselves criminal, or by any means which, if executed, would amount to a cheat or to obtaining money or property by false pretenses; or,
5. To commit any act injurious to the public health, to public morals, or to trade or commerce, or for the perversion or obstruction of justice or the due administration of the laws, They are guilty of a misdemeanor.
Conspiracy against the peace of the territory.s. 226, Pen. C.
§ 6426. If two or more persons, being out of this territory, conspire to commit any act against the peace of this territory, the commission or attempted commission of which, within this territory, would be treason against the territory, they are punishable by imprisonment in the territorial prison not exceeding ten years.
Overt act necessary-Exceptions. 227, Pen. C.
§ 6427. No agreement except to commit a felony upon the person of another, or to commit arson or burglary amounts to a conspiracy, unless some act beside such agreement be done to effect the object thereof, by one or more of the parties to such agreement.

§ 6428. Suicide is the intentional taking of one's own life.
No forfeiture for suicide.s. 229, Pen. C.
§ 6429. Although suicide is deemed a grave public wrong, yet from the impossibility of reaching the successful perpetrator, no forfeiture is imposed.
Attempting suicide.s. 230, Pen. C.
§ 6430. But every person who, with intent to take his own life, commits upon himself any act dangerous to human life, or which if committed upon or toward another person and followed by death as a consequence, would render the perpetrator chargeable with homicide, is guilty of attempting suicide.
Aiding suicide.s. 231, Pen. C.
§ 6431. Every person who wilfully, in any manner, advises, encourages, abets or assists another person in taking his own life, is guilty of aiding suicide.
Furnishing weapon or drug.s. 232, Pen. C.
§ 6432. Every person who wilfully furnishes another person with any deadly weapon or poisonous drug, knowing that such person intends to use such weapon or drug in taking his own life, is guilty of aiding suicide, if such person thereafter employs such instrument or drug in taking his own life.
Aiding in attempt to commit suicide.s. 233, Pen. C.
§ 6433. Every person who wilfully aids another in attempting to take his own life, in any manner which by the preceding sections would have amounted to aiding suicide if the person assisted had actually taken his own life, is guilty of aiding an attempt at suicide.
Incapacity to commit a crime no defense.s. 234, Pen. C.
§ 6434. It is no defense to a prosecution for aiding suicide or aiding an attempt at suicide, that the person who committed or attempted to commit the suicide was not a person deemed capable of committing crime.
Punishment for aiding suicide.s. 235, Pen. C.
§ 6435. Every person guilty of aiding suicide is punishable by imprisonment in the territorial prison for not less than seven years.
