Injuries to Persons.

the manufacturer so to do, unless it appears that they were not kept with intent to refill or use or sell them in violation of the last section, is liable to the penalty therein prescribed.

Complaint-Search-Penalty for keeping and refilling bottles.
s. 420, Pen. C.

§ 6621. Whenever any manufacturer or dealer designated for keeping and by section 6619, or his agent, shall make oath or affirmation refilling bottles before any magistrate that he has reason to believe and does believe, that any of his bottles stamped and registered as mentioned in said section are being unlawfully used by any person or persons selling or manufacturing mineral water or other beverages, or that any junk dealer, or vendor of bottles, has any of such bottles secreted in any place, such magistrate shall thereupon issue a search warrant to discover and obtain the same under the provisions of the law upon search warrants, which are hereby declared to fully relate to the purposes of this chapter; and the magistrate may summarily bring or cause to be brought before him the person in whose possession the bottles are found, to examine into the circumstances of his possession, and if such magistrate on summary examinatian finds that such person has been guilty of a violation of section 6619, such magistrate shall proceed to impose the fine therein prescribed, and, if the same be not paid, to commit such person to prison for a term not exceeding fifteen days.

Unlawful to give false pedigree of animals.

§ 6622. Every person who by any false pretense shall obtain false pedigree of from any club, association, society or company, for improving the breed of cattle, horses, sheep, swine, or other domestic animals, the registration of any animal in the herd register of any such club, association, society or company, or a transfer of any such registration, and every person who shall knowingly give a false pedigree of any animal, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.

Defacing marks.

§ 6623. Every person who defaces or obliterates the marks upon wrecked property, or in any manner disguises the appearance thereof with intent to prevent the owner from discovering its identity, or who destroys or suppresses any invoice, bill of lading or other document tending to show the ownership, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Defacing marks on logs.

§ 6624. Every person who cuts out or defaces any mark made upon any log or lumber, whether such mark be recorded or not, or puts a false mark upon any log or lumber, floating in any of the waters of this territory, or lying upon land, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Unlawful detention of wrecked property.

§ 6625. Every officer who, without authority of law, detains any wrecked property, or the proceeds thereof, after the salvage and expenses chargeable thereon have been paid or offered to him, or who is guilty of any fraud, embezzlement or extortion in the discharge of his duties, or who violates any provision of the statutes relating to salvage, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Fraud in partnership.

§ 6626. Every member of a limited partnership who is guilty of any fraud in the affairs of the partnership, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

Solemnizing unlawful marriage.

§ 6627. Every minister or magistrate who solemnizes any marriage, where either of the parties is known to him to be within the age of legal consent, or to be an idiot or an insane person, or any marriage to which within his knowledge any legal impediment exists, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
