§ 6983. This code does not affect any power conferred by law upon any court martial or other military authority or officer to impose or inflict punishment upon offenders; nor any power conferred by law upon any public body, tribunal or officer, to impose or inflict punishment for a contempt; nor any provisions of the laws relating to apprentices, bastards, disorderly persons, Indians and vagrants.

§ 6984. All fines, forfeitures and pecuniary penalties, prescribed as a punishment, by any of the provisions of this code, when collected, shall be paid into the treasury of the proper county, to be added to the county general fund.
Cost taxed against defendant.s. 793, Pen. C.
§ 6985. In all cases of conviction, the costs of the prosecution shall be taxed against the defendant, and enforced as other judgments in criminal causes.
