BUDGET
AN ACT
To appropriate money for the expenses of the executive, legislative and judicial departments of the State Government, and for all of the subdivisions thereof, and for public schools, specifying the amount and time for which such appropriations shall be available, and repealing all acts, or parts of acts, insofar as the same shall relate to appropriations conflicting herewith or to appropriations for the same matters or purposes provided for herein.
Be It Enacted by the Legislative Assembly of the State of North Dakota:
Section 1. Appropriations for the Executive, Legislative and Judicial Departments of the State Government and For All of the Subdivisons Thereof, and For Public Schools.) The sums hereinafter named only or so much thereof as may be necessary, are hereby appropriated out of any moneys in the State Treasury, to the credit of eaeh department, subdivision and public schools hereinafter named and the balance necessary out of the General Fund, except as hereinafter specifically provided, not otherwise appropriated, for the purpose specified in the following sections of this Act.
{{sc|Section 2. The Period During Which the Appropriations Made Herein Shall Be Available.) Unless otherwise specifically stated, the appropriations herein made shall be available for the expenses to be incurred in and about the several purposes herein set out, during the fiscal period of two years, beginning July 1, 1949, and ending June 30, 1951, to-wit:
