I-72	Designation as I-72 of that route from Springfield via Decatur to Champaign.
FLORIDA
I-75	Designation as I-75 of that route from St. Petersburg to Miami. Redesignate as I-75 that portion of I-4 from Tampa to St. Petersburg.
COLORADO
I-80S	Designate as I-80S that route from the present end of I-80S to I-70 in Denver.
I-470	Designate as I-470 the southwest quadrant of the Denver beltway.
NEW YORK
I-88	Designate as I-88 that route from Schenectady to Albany.
I-78 I-295 I-878	Delete the designation as I-78 from the intersection of I-278 (Brooklyn-Queens Expressway) to the intersection of Nassau Expressway and the Bushwick Expressway. Redesignate that portion of I-78 over the Nassau Expressway as I-278 to the intersection of the Clearview Expressway. Redesignate that portion of I-78 over the Clearview Expressway to the intersection of I-95 as I-295.
I-878	Designate as I-878 the approved addition from intersection of I-278 (Brooklyn-Queens Expressway) over the Cross Brooklyn Expressway to the intersection of the Nassau Expressway.
