U.S. Route 58 Relocation and Designation of By-pass and Business Route DEFERRED - Pending Completion.	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 58 and a new facility east of Holland, thence in a westerly directly over the new facility to the intersection of present U.S. 58 west of Franklin to be designated as U.S 58 By-pass. Present U.S. Route 58 through Holland and Franklin to be designated as U.S. 58 Business.

Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 58 and a new facility east of Courtland, thence in a westerly direction over the new facility to the intersection of present U.S. Route 58 west of Courtland. New location to be designated as U.S. 58 By-pass. Present U.S. Route 58 through Cortland to be designated as U.S. 58 By-pass.
U.S. Route 58 and U.S. Route 460 Relocation and Designation of By-pass route and a Business Route DEFERRED - Pending Completion.	Beginning at the intersection of present Route U.S. 58, 460 and 13 east of Suffolk, thence westerly over the new location to the intersection of U.S 460 north of Suffolk, thence southwesterly over the new location to the intersection of U.S. 58 west of Suffolk. New location to be designated as U.S. Route 58 and 460 By-pass to the intersection of U.S. Route 58. The present location of U.S. Route 58 and 460 through Suffolk to be designated as U.S. Route 58 Business and U.S. Route 460 Business, respectively.
