U.S. Route 1 Elimination Raleigh Approved	Eliminate the current U.S. Route 1 Business designation through the City of Raleigh.
U.S. Route 19 Relocation Disapproved	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. 19 Alternate and a newly-constructed facility west of Sylva, thence in an easterly direction over the new facility to the intersection of present U.S. 19 Alternate east of Sylva.
U.S. Route 23 Relocation and Recognition of a Business Route Approved	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. 23 and a newly-constructed facility in Dillsboro, thence north and east over the facility to present U.S. 23 east of Sylva. Present U.S. 23 to be redesignated as U.S. 23 Business.
U.S. Route 23 Relocation Approved	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. 23 and a newly-constructed facility south of Franklin, thence to the intersection of present U.S. 23 northeast of Franklin.
U.S. Route 64 Relocation Franklin Approved	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. 64 and a newly-constructed facility west of Franklin, thence over the new facility to the intersection of present U.S. 64 east of Franklin.
U.S. Route 441 Relocation and Recognition of a Business Route Franklin Approved	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. 441 and a newly-constructed facility south of Franklin, thence over the new facility in a northeasterly direction to the intersection of present U.S. 441 northeast of Franklin. The present route to be redesignated as U.S 441 Business.
