Relocation of U.S. Route 276 and Establishment of a Business Route APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 276 and a new facility southeast of Mauldin, then northerly over the new facility to the intersection of I-385 east of Greenville, then northwesterly over I-385 to the intersection of present U.S. Route 276 in Greenville. Designate present U.S. 276 between these points as U.S. Route 276 Business.
VIRGINIA
Relocation of U.S. Route 23 and Establishment of a Business Route APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 23 and a new facility north of Norton, then southwesterly over the new facility to the intersection of present U.S. Route 23 in Norton. Redesignate present U.S. Route 23 between these points as U.S. Route 23 Business.
IOWA-WISCONSIN
Relocation of U.S. Routes 61 and 151 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Routes 61 and 151 and SR 35 north of East Dubuque, Wisconsin, then southerly over SR 35 to the intersection of a new facility just north of the Wisconsin-Illinois state line, then southwesterly over the new facility to the intersection of present U.S. Routes 61 and 151 in Dubuque, Iowa.
KANSAS-MISSOURI
Elimination of U.S. Route 73 APPROVED	Eliminate the U.S. Route 73 designation between the intersection of U.S. Routes 24 and 40 west of Kansas City, Kansas and the present terminous in Kansas City, Missouri.
