Relocation of U.S. Route 119 APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Route 119 and a new facility near Zebulon, then northwesterly over the new facility to the intersection of U.S. Route 23 east of Pikeville.
MISSOURI Establishment of U.S. Route 61 Business APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of U.S. Route 61 and a facility west of La Grange then easterly for 1.8 miles to the intersection of another facility in La Grange, then southerly over the facility for 2.8 miles to the intersection of U.S. Route 61.
Establishment of U.S. Route 61 Business APPROVED	Beginning at the intersection of present U.S. Bouts 61 and a facility north of Canton, then southerly for 2.9 miles to the intersection of a facility in Canton, than westerly over the facility for 1.5 miles to that intersection of present U.S. Route 61.
NORTH CAROLINA Elimination of U.S. Route 19 Bypass APPROVED	Eliminate the U.S. Route 19 Bypass designation between the intersection with U.S. Route 19 intersection at Waynesville and the intersection with U.S. Route 19 southwest of Bryson City.
