Of profit and loss upon the whole trade and revenues, with a statement of the debts of the Company, made up from March to March in each year. Of the value of all goods unsold, remaining in the Company's warehouses in England. Both to be signed by two Directors and transmitted to the Treasury within thirty days of of the time they shall be made up of the revenues, disbursements, and charges, and of the Company's debts and of their net proceeds, at each of their settlements in the East Indies, to be made up annually and delivered to the Treasury as soon after the 1st March in each Year, as the receipt of the necessary materials shall enable them to be prepared.
