HOLT, WILLIAM HARVEY, Esq. of The Firs, Parramatta, New South Wales, and of Glenprairie, Rockhampton, Queensland, Australia, J.P. for the Colony of Queensland, b. 9th June, 1832 ; educated at Eton ; m. 15th April, 1873, Helen Evangeline, daughter of the Hon. Mr. Thomas Sumpter Headley's other children were Henry, Mary, and Margaret. Mr. Robert Emaon was son of Edmund Emson, Esq. of Boblow, co. Essex, by Rebecca Horner, his wife, who had other issue, viz., Edmund, John, and Rebecca, of Bampstead Hall, Essex, wife of Thomas Carter, Esq. Mr. William Balls d. in 18il, leaving issue, I. William Carter, b. 1837 ; m. Fanny Rankin, of Queensland, Australia, and d. in 1884. II. Robert Harry (Rev.), M.A. Oxon., rector of Beaworthy, co. Devon, b. 1839 ; d. unm. 1883. III.
