January, 1822, at Great Waltham, co. Essex, and was buried at Felstead, leaving,with other issue (who resided at Q-reat Waltham, Essex, all having been bom there) , a son. Edwaed Bright, Esq., whom, in London, Mary Ann Smith, and d. there, 31st May, 1823, leaving a son, the present Hon. Hbney Edwaed Beight. Crest used — A sun in splendour issuing out of clouds.
