He was representative for Queensland at the Exhibition hold in London, 1862 ; Executive Com- missioner for the same colony at the Paris Exhibition of 1867 and 1878, and at Vienna in 187 !•; Royal Commissioner, etc., Colonial and Indian Exhibition, 1886; was for five years mayor of Stratford-on- Avon, from 1884 to 1889: and is a Member of the Council of the Royal Colonial Institute. Beilby Por- tcns Hodgson, m. Frances, dauglitor of George John Lcali, of High Legh ; and 1. Margaret, m. 13th Miiy, 1705, to the Eight Eev. Doctor Beilby PoKTEus, Bishop of London, and formerly Bishop of Cliester, who was b. at Yorli, 1731, and d. at the Ej^iscopal Palace at Fulhani, 14lh May, 1809, aged 78. Middle- f.ex, Charlotte, only daughter of Francis "William Pemberton, of Bombay, East Indies (hy Mary, his wife, daughter of Cap- tain Price, of the Hon. E .1. Co.'s Naval Service), and only sister of Colonel Francis Charles Pemberton, of Trumpington Hall, ■:o. Cambridge (who d. IStli October, 1849). The Rev. E. Cambridge (who d. 18th October, 1849), by Frances, his wife, daughter of Benjamin Keene, of Swincombe House, co. Oxford. Mr. H. W.
