NURSERY JINGLES
XXIII.
Birds of a feather flock together,
And so will pigs and swine.
Rats and mice will have their choice,
And so will I have mine.
XXIV.
Jack Sprat could eat no fat,
His wife could eat no lean;
And so betwixt them both, you see,

XXV.

My little wife isn't at home.
I'll saddle my dog and I'll bridle my hog,
And I'll fetch my little wife home.
XXVI.
Here stands a fist.
Who put it there?
A better man than you.
Touch it if you dare.
XXVII.
Great A, little a, Bouncing B,
The cat's in the cupboard, and she can't see.
