party in interest on the trial of said action. Nothing herein contained shall be deemed to effect the proceedings upon trial, or judgment, of any action brought under the provisions of this title, or otherwise than as herein specified.

Section 2. All Acts and parts of Acts in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

CHAPTER 9.

AN ACT

Providing for the Abolishment of the Party Vignette and to Repeal Paragraph 2350, Sec. 79, Chapter 7, Title 20 of the Civil Code.
Be it Enacted by the Twenty-Fifth Legislative Assembly of the Territory of Arizona:

Sec. 1. No party vignette shall be adopted by any political party nor printed at the head of any ballot to be hereafter used in any general or special election.

Sec. 2. This Act expressly repeals Paragraph 2350, Section 79, Chapter 7, Title 20 of the Civil Code and all other Acts or parts of Acts in conflict herewith.

Sec. 3. This Act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and approval.
