Court and ex-officio School Superintendent, the Probate Judge in counties of the second class shall receive a salary of Twelve Hundred Dollars a year, and in addition thereto shall receive annually all the legal fees for services performed; in counties of the third, fourth, fifth and sixth classes he shall receive per annum a salary of three hundred dollars as School Superintendent; as probate judge and ex-officio clerk of the Probate Court he shall, in addition thereto, receive annually the legal fees for services performed and such salary as may be fixed by the Board of Supervisors of the county, not less than Three Hundred nor more than Six Hundred Dollars per annum.

Section 2. All Acts and parts of Acts in conflict with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.

Section 3. This Act shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.

Godfrey was elected Probate Judge of Yuma County at the general election held in November 1906 and on the First Day of January 1907, after duly qualifying, entered upon the discharge of the duties of said office and of the ex-officio offices of Clerk of the Probate Court, and School Superintendent of said County,
