Probate Court and County School Superintendent of said Yuma County and in addition thereto to collect from the said county all earned and unpaid salaries of said offices, and his Acts in retaining said fees are hereby ratified, approved and confirmed, and the Board of Supervisors of said county are hereby directed and commanded to audit and allow said salary claims, in the usual manner, and draw their warrant in payment of the amount found to be due thereon and the Treasurer of said county is hereby directed and commanded to pay said warrant upon its proper presentation to him.
Section 2. This Act shall take effect and be in force on and after its passage.

AN ACT
To Create the County of Greenlee.
Section 1. There shall be and is hereby created, out of the eastern portion of Graham County, in the Territory of Arizona, a new county, to be called and known as the County of Greenlee.
Section 2. The boundaries of said Greenlee County shall be as follows, viz: Commencing at the point of intersection of the First Standard Parallel North, Gila and Salt River Meridian, with the east boundary of Arizona, which point is the southeast corner of Apache County and the present northeast corner of Graham County; thence due west along the first Stan-
