As a proof of the ſuperior efficacy of MAREDANT’s DROPS, (prepared by Mr. Norton, Surgeon, of Golden-Square, London) to any Medicines hitherto known, for the Cure of the Scurvy, Leproſy, Ulcers, the Evil, Fiſtula, Piles, long-continued Inflammations of the Eyes, and every other Diſorder ariſing from a Foulneſs in the Blood, the following extraordinary Cures are referred to.

SIR,
THE taking of Maredant’s Drops (after trying many other Medicines to no Purpoſe) has effectually cured me of a moſt inveterate Scurvy and Rheumatiſm, with which I was affected near ſix Years, my Reſt, Spirits, and Appetite were entirely gone, but now, by God’s Aſſiſtance, and the Application of this very efficacious Medicine, I am perfectly well; I did not chuſe to inform you of this, until I had paſſed laſt Autumn and Spring, for Fear of a Return of the Diſorder at thoſe trying Seaſons of the Year, but I have not had the leaſt.—You may make what Uſe you pleaſe of this for the Benefit of the Public, as I ſhall always be ready and willing to atteſt the Truth.
