Franklin, Denver, 1898-1912; formed firm of Tedrow & Fitzgerald, Boulder, his present home, in 1912; Secretary Denver Bar Association several terms; member Board of Pardons, 1909-15; Boulder County Attorney, 1913-14; commissioned United States District Attorney by President Wilson, June, 1914, which position he still holds; married Camilla B. Roberts, Denver, April, 1903; two daughters.
