A It's possible that the Acting Secretary and the Chairman, Chairman Milley, informed the Speaker of the House that we were authorized up to X. That's certainly possible. And, having worked with those two individuals, they were prudent men and it seemed that they probably would have notified them. But you'd have to ask them.
