Q Are you familiar with some of the inconsistencies in the timeline between the DOD timeline and the D.C. National Guard timeline as to when General Walker received the order to deploy to the Capitol?

A I recall there being discussions about that. I don't recall, off the top of my head, what the inconsistencies were.

Q Okay.

The DOD timeline has the order at 4:32, given by Secretary McCarthy—

A Sorry, on what date?

Q On January 6th. And the D.C. National Guard timeline has an order coming from General McConville at 5:08.

If you don't have any visibility into it, it's fine. I just wanted to ask.

A Sure. I don't think I do. General McConville reported—he was the Chief of Staff, not—it's a colloquial term we throw around in government. The CNOS and the Chief of Staff and Chief of Space Operations are the highest-ranking uniformed officers for the Secretary of the Army who reported to the Secretary of the Army. So my interactions with General McConville were generally limited. My interactions were with Secretary McCarthy.

Q On the day of and in the days following, were you aware of any discussions of invoking the 25th Amendment concerning the President?
