The third was the Victoria previously mentioned, which arrived on the Colorado in 1864.

A few months later when Mellon passed the spot . . . there forty feet above the river he saw the remains . . . wrapped around a pinnacle of rock."

The St. Vallier was 74.3 feet in length, 17. i feet in breadth, and 3.4 feet in depth, with a capacity of 92 tons. She operated in 191 3 but was not listed as being in service after 19 14.
