BUSINESS MANAGER'S ANNOUNCEMENT Important Condor Information This number doses the best volume in TH? CONDOR'S career. With the co-operation of all the members and snbscribers we can make 1911 a winner. Co-operation means success. We want every public library in the west to be taking T? CON?)OR before 1912. This means for you to see that your library has it. Please do this, and " f)o il now." We want every member to bring in at least one new member and as many more as possible. Remember one thing, kind reader, that both the business managers are very busy men and every help from the outside is a big help. The finances of Tx{? CONDOR will not stand any expenses for clerk hire, and all the drudgery nmst be borne by the business managers. Hence we ask "co-operation." You will please note that the business managers are always open for suggestions and are very glad for any advice, which will help out TH? CONDOR. We think we are publishing the finest bird magazine in the world, not in size, but in the quality of the articles and half-tones, and, not least, the printing, and the paper it is printed on. Don't you think so, too? t{oosl and help us make it better than ever, for the larger the member- ship and subscriber's list, the better we can make Tx{? CONr)OR. Once more I ask you to help us by bringing in new members and new subscribers and by promptly paying up your own dues and subscriptions. Remember the Cooper Club's avowed principles: "For the observation and co-operative Study of Birds, because of the re- suiting piesure; For the spred of interest in Bird Study, so that this piesure may be' shared by others; For the publication of Ornithological knowledge, as being a contribution to science."
