(4) If the question of removing a judge of the High Court from office has been referred to a tribunal under subsection (2) of this section, the Officer Administering the Government acting in accordance with the advice of the Prime Minister in the case of the Chief Justice or the Judge President), or of the Judge President in the case of a judge of appeal), or of the Chief Justice in the case of any other judge), may suspend the judge from performing the functions of his office, and any such suspension may at any time be revoked by the Officer Administering the Government and shall in any case cease to have effect if the tribunal does not recom- mend to the Officer Administering the Government that the judge be removed from office. (5) Nothing in this section contained shall affect the power of the Officer Administering the Government to revoke the appoint- ment of an acting judge in accordance with the provisions of sub- section (5) of section 60. 1 lera- the 63. (1) There shall be charged upon and paid out of the Consolidated Revenue Fund to the judges of the High Court such salary as may from time to time be prescribed by a law of the Legislature and such allowances as may be prescribed by or under any such law. (2) The salary of any such judge shall not be reduced during his continuance in office. be S- 64. Subject to the provisions of any law for the time being in force in Rhodesia relating to the application of customary law, the law to be administered by the High Court and by any courts in Rhodesia subordinate to the High Court shall be the law in force in the Colony of the Cape of Good Hope on the tenth day of June, 1891, as modified by subsequent legislation having in Rho- desia the force of law. il Part 2--Appeals s to .te i to I. 65. (1) There shall be no appeal-- (a) from any judgment or order of the appellate division of the High Court of Rhodesia given on appeal from any court in Rhodesia; or (b) from any judgment or order of the appellate division of the High Court of Rhodesia given otherwise than on appeal to the said appellate division; or (c) from any judgment or order of any court in Rhodesia other than to such appellate division.
