The applicant may use the online application or a paper application submitted on Form VA
The applicant must submit a paper application using Form TX, VA, or PA together with Form GR/CP

If the applicant submits Form GR/PPh/CON, the applicant may include up to 750 photographs in the group. If the applicant does not use this form, there is no limit on the number of photographs that may be included.

Author
All the photographs must be taken by the same photographer
All the works must be created by the same author
All the elements in the collection must be created by the same author, or if the elements were created by multiple authors, one author must contribute copyrightable authorship to each element
