Harriet Baring, daughter of the 1st Baron Ashburton ; and d. June 24, 183/, having had issue two sons and two daughters. D.C.L. 1870); is Fellow of All Souls' College; called to the Bar at Lincoln's Inn, 1821 ; was Clerk of the Privy Council, 183060, having previously been Deputy and First Clerk to the Teller of the Exchequer. Heir presumptive, His nephew, Allen Alexander KPPTI thv faith Bathurst, M.P. b. 1832; educated at Eton, and at Trinity College, Cambridge (B.A. and M.A. 1854), has been M.P. for Cirencester (C.) since 1857: m. 1st 1862, the Hon. Meriel Leicester Warren, who died 1872, daughter of the 2nd Baron de Tabley, and 2ndly, 18"4, Evelyn Elizabeth, only daughter of George James Barnard Hankey, Esq., of Fetcham Park, Surrey, and has by first marriage, with other issue, Seymour Henry, b, 1864. Feb. 24, 1790, and succeeded his father, July 27, 1834; educated at Christ Church, Oxford, (B.A. 1812, M.A. 1814, D.C.L. 1820), sat as M.P. for Cirencester, 181234; was an Unpaid Commissioner of the India Board, 1812 34 ; he d. May 25, 1866. BAYNING, Baroness, EMMA, daughter of William Henry Fellowes, Esq. of Ramsey Abbey, Huntingdonshire; in. 1842, the Right Hon. and Rev. Henry William Powlett, 3rd Baron Bayning, Vicar of Honingham, and of East Tnddenham, Norfolk, and Lord Steward of Norwich Cathedral, who d. 1866, when the title became extinct.
