Born in 1830; succeeded his brother in 1869; is a physician: married (1857) Mary, daughter of Col. Edmund Kirby, U.S.A., and has issue, living, Speak and act. Son,-Albert Kirby, b. June 23rd, 1870. Jan. 10, 1845, Ada, 2nd daughter of J. S. Benham, Esq. of Cincinnati, Ohio; he d. April 5, 1869, without having had any issue. FAIRFAX, ADA, Baroness. 2nd daughter of J. S.
