March 18, I82fi, and suc- ceeded his father 1840. Educated at Eton. Was Lieut. 10th Dragoons 184651, sub- sequently became Capt. 7th Dragoons, and retired 1851. Was a Dep. Lieut, of Londonderry and a Magistrate for the counties of Cavan, Down, and Londonderry: m. 1851, Cecilia, Susan, daughter of the late John Ruggles-Brise, Esq., of Spain's Hall, Essex ; and d.
