Dutton, Esq. and sister to the 1st Baron Sherborne, (she d. 1800)* having issue, three (laughters ; his lordship m. 2ndly, Feb. 26, 1822, Anne, daughter of the 4th Earl of Albemarle ; and d. June 30, 1842, having issue by second marriage, five sons and a daughter. Her ladyship d. in 1844, having remarried in 1843, the late Right Hon. E. Ellice, M.P. LEIGH, BARON. (LEIGH.) WILLIAM HENRY LEIGH, LL.D., 2nd Baron, Lord Lieut, and Gustos Rotulorum of Warwickshire. Born Jan. 17th, 1824; succeeded his father in 1850; was edu- cated at Harrow, and at Trinity College, Cambridge, (Hon. LL.D. 1864) ; is High Steward of Sutton Coldfield, Warwick- shire, a Trustee and a Member of the Governing Body of Rugby School, and a Magistrate for Gloucestershire ; was Captain of the Warwickshire Yeomanry All comes from God.
