(she d. 1843), and by her had issue three sons and five daughters; Sndly, Dec. 8, 1846, Sarah, daughter of the Rev. W. Whitear, Prebendary ot Chichester, widow of E. Milward, Esq. ; and d. Oct. 24, 185Q, without issue from his last marriage.
