The male representative in the direct line is entitled to quarter the Royal Arms of England and France by descent from Thomas Plantagenet, youngest son of Edward III., and from Eleanor, wife of Edward I., and daughter of Ferdinand, King of Castile. The baronies of Tyes, Latimer, and Badlesmere are in abeyance between the two surviving daughters of the sth baronet.
