The 4th Lord Dunboyne was outlawed, as likewise was his successor the 5th Baron ; on the death of the 12th Baron the present Peer's great grand- father established his descent from the 2nd Baron, and obtained the reversal of the outlawries by the I special intervention of the Crown in 1827.
