OXFORD, Earldom (1142). — Possibly in abeyance between J the heirs of the Barony of Latimer (prior to the determination of the abeyance) in like proportion, and J amongst the heirs of Elizabeth, wife of Sir Anthony Wingfield. K.G. The Petition of the Duke of Atholl and F.B. T. M. Coutts was referred to the Committee for Privileges of the House of Lords, 16 May, 1912, and heard before the Committee, Deceinber, 1912. PEMBROKE, Earldom (1138). — This Earldont being Palatine is hardly Hkely ever to be revived, Ijut there can be no dotibt it is now in abeyance. The heirs are as to one-third the same as the heirs of the Barony of Burgh ; as to the next third, Lord Mowbray and Stourton, and as to the last third Lady Furnivall. PEMBROKE, Earldom (Sept. 8, 1468).— Sole heir : The Duke of Beaufort, who is de jure Earl of Pembroke. POWER and COROGHMORE (Irel.). — A Peerage now probably vested in the (Papal Count) E. de Poller de la Poer, of Gurteen, who has lodged a claim therefor.
