Thomas Jackson, 30th March 1614^[6]. He resigned in 1633, and was buried 13th Nov. 1646.

Richard Culmer, 21st Oct. 1644^[9].

William Belk. The date of his appointment was 7th July 1660. He died 12th Aug. 1676, ætat. 74, and was buried in Canterbury cathedral^[10].

Thomas Belk succeeded his father 20th Sept. 1676^[11]. He died 17th Sept. 1712.

William Higden was nominated 20th April 1713^[12], and 7th May, vice Thomas Belk^[13]. He died 28th Aug.
