1729 Robert Claveeing, bishop of Llandqfi, was nominated
Geo.ll. 28th Jan 172.S-9, and the royal assent to his election was given 14th Feb., <>n which day also the temporal- ities were restored to him; on the 17th of the samo month he was confirmed, and had permission to hold the office of Hebrew professor at Oxford in commen- dain. 1794 Spenceb Madan, bishop of Bristol, was nominated to
4Ge0.Hl. Peterborough 3rd Feb. 1794, and elected the 10th of the same month, on which day the royal assent to his election was given 3 ?. He was confirmed 7th March 08 ; the temporalities were restored to him on the same day . He died 8th Oct. 1 8 13.
