He died loth March 1695-5. John Bowes was collated 23rd March 1695-6, and installed 21st April following. Nathaxiel Allisox or Elisox was collated 30th Sept. 1712, and installed ist Oct. following. He died in June 1720, being archdeacon of Stafford. Thomas Maxgey was presented iith May 1721, and resigned it for the first stall in Dec. 1722. Joxathax Hall was presented ist Jan. 1722—3. Ob. 29th June 1743. Robert Stillingfleet was presented 27th June 1743- James Douglas was presented 15th Aug. 1759. Samuel Terrick was presented 4th Nov. 1759, and resigned it in 1761 for the third stall. John Moore was presented 21st Sept. 1761. He be- came bishop of Bangor and archbishop of Canterbury. Thomas Fothergill was presented loth May 1775. Reynold Gideon Bowyer was presented 21st Sept. 1796, and resigned it for the first stall in Nov. 1804. H. J. Maltby, 1852. SIXTH STALL. Stephen Marley was appointed 12th May 1541, by the charter of foundation. He was deprived in 1572. Peter Shaw was collated 9th Aug. 1572.
