Francis Babington, S.T.P., late fellow of All Souls college, was admitted by the Queen's visitors 5th Sept. 1559. Removed to the rectory of Lincoln college in the year following. Anthony Garnet, M.A., was elected in Aug. 1560. Robert Hooper, M.A., 26th March 1563. John Piers, S.T.P., late fellow of Magdalen college, 23rd May 1570. He became bishop of Rochester. Adam Squire, M.A. (afterwards S.T.P.), 13th May 1,57 T- Edmund Lilye or Lilly, S.T.P., late of Magdalen college, was elected i8th Aug. 1580. He was buried in St. Mary's churchy 12th Feb. 1609. Robert Abbot, S.T.P., was elected 5th March 1609-10. He became bishop of Salisbury. John Parkhurst, S.T.P., late of Magdalen college, was elected loth Feb. 1616—17. Thomas Lawrence, S.T.P., late of All Souls college^ was elected nth Nov. 1637. George Bradshaw, M.A., succeeded in 1646 ; was approved by the Parliament delegates 21st July 1648^ and confirmed by the visitors 25th Sept. following. Henry Savage, S.T.B., was admitted in Feb. 1650-51. He died 2nd June 1672, aetat. 68, and was buried in the college chapel. Thomas Good, S.T.P., canon residentiary of Hereford, was elected 16th July 1672 ; died 9th April 1678, and was buried in the cathedral at Hereford. John Venn, S.T.P., was elected 24th April 1678, and died 8th Oct. 1687. Roger Maunder, S.T.P., was elected 23rd Oct. J 687. John 1^ron, S.T.P., succeeded in 1705. Ob. 21st Jan. 1721-2.
