I report, further, that the said, liens are prior to the claims of the material-men, which were adjudged liens on said vessel by a decree of this honorable court, of date the twentieth of November, 1880, as stated in the first portion of this report. �The evidence taken before me in this case is filed with this report, and is marked as follows, to-wit : �Testimony of witnesses, Capt.
