The Chairman: It is moved and seconded that the vote be by the yeas and nays (in the absence if a rule adopted by the assembly the yeas and nays are ordered by on-fifth of the members voting). Are you ready for the question? (Undebatable). As many as are in favor of ordering the yeas and nays say aye. . . . Those opposed no. . . .
