11 Letnever man wale his his wife at the kirk door nor pick up a painted image in a marked as I have done, to my deadly danger

12 Her buſks are turned into miſerable brats, in ſtead of painting on her face, a ſlugh of dung which is the ſign of a ſapleſs carcaſe, occaſion'd by the ſcarcety of ſcouds and ſcantneſs of pottage

13 O miſerable and wicked alteration! occaſioned through fond love and foreward kindneſs.
