20. Provision for fines for offences
Section 113C of the Criminal Procedure Ordinance (Cap. 221) is amended, in subsection (1)(c), by repealing “or the Fixed Penalty (Criminal Proceedings) Ordinance (Cap. 240)” and substituting “, the Fixed Penalty (Criminal Proceedings) Ordinance (Cap. 240) or the Fixed Penalty (Public Cleanliness Offences) Ordinance (24 of 2001)”.
Rehabilitation of Offenders Ordinance
21. Protection of rehabilitated individual
Section 2(1B) and (3) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders Ordinance (Cap. 297) is amended, by repealing “or the Fixed Penalty (Criminal Proceedings) Ordinance (Cap. 240)” and substituting “, the Fixed Penalty (Criminal Proceedings) Ordinance (Cap. 240) or the Fixed Penalty (Public Cleanliness Offences) Ordinance (24 of 2001)”.
