To the READER.

IT is humbly to be preſumed, that there needs no eloquence or perſuaſion to infuſe into people, a belief of there being ſuch a tunas Enoch, the Roman Prophet for all or the greateſt part of our News papers have taken notice of him for theſe ſeveral years. I therefore only beg leave, to acquaint my Readers, that, for ſome prophecies he made at Rome, concerning the people he was put into the Inquiſition; yet the night before he was to be executed, he was wonderfully delivered, and brought from Rome to Portſmouth, by an Angel, in a nights time: as you will find in the following narrative of his life, delivered by his own mouth.
